Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, baby clothing and baby essentials are not eligible for return once delivered, except in the following cases:

– You received the wrong product.
– You received a damaged or defective product.
– An item is missing from your order.

Return Request

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly share:

– Your order number
– Clear video of the product being unpacked to verify any damage. 
– A brief description of the issue

Refunds

Once your request is verified:

– A replacement will be shipped if the item is available.
– If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
